Please come early to your session. It is very helpful for session participants to meet 15 minutes BEFORE the session starts so that everyone can be introduced, the equipment can be checked, handouts can be distributed, and so on.
2. Effective management of your presentation time
Sessions are 100 to 120 minutes long. Usually there are 4-5 papers: For each paper 18 minutes.
Please keep to this timetable as closely as possible. It is highly unfair to the other speakers if one speaker takes up more than his/her allotted time.
3. Effective presentations
Session rooms will be equipped with projectors, pointers and computers with open USB ports for PC-formatted USB flash drives and CD-ROM drives. For more assurance, please bring your presentation both on a Cool Disc and Compact Disc.
A possible way to figure out how many slides you can reasonably present within your time slot is dividing the number of minutes you have by two, thus, for 15 minutes, one may prepare about 7 or 8 slides.
Your slides should use a minimum of 18-20 point fonts in order for your text to be seen from the audience.
Use Bullet Points to Maximize Information. Bullet points help organize and convey a lot of information in a shorter space.
4. Resume
Please Fill the Author Resume Form and bring it to your presentation session.
